CHURCH: Lincoln Karen Baptist Church has purchased City Light church at 2820 O Street. Their mailing address is currently 1340 K Street, and they have been sharing space with First Baptist. According to the churches’ website, Karen is a congregation with roots in Burma and Thailand.
MEDICAL: On the northeast corner of N. 27th & Superior: Press release from Go Physical Therapy: “We’ve officially moved. Our Autumn Ridge location is now a part of Go Physical Therapy and is opening its doors at our brand new location. You can find us at 4740 N 27th Ste 2.” They have 6 locations around Lincoln.
FITNESS: At 1900 K St., REV Studios, with 2150 square feet of space, is performing tenant improvements for 7 private studio work spaces with common reception and break area.
RETAIL – 2725 Crossbridge Place (N. 27th between Enterprise and Fletcher) Brakes Plus is commencing construction on a new car repair facility.
