RETAIL: 201 W O St A former engineering offices building has been sold and is experiencing change of use to Mercantile. Lincoln Mediterranean Market currently has a location at 16th & O.
RESTAURANTS: Crazy Fork is now open in the former Utra Carribean restaurant space across from SouthPointe Pavilions and offers stuffed potatoes such as corned beef or birria, and also sandwiches and burritos.
ENTERTAINMENT: The Canvas Event Studio has opened at 8335 Cody Drive. This event space has a modern farmhouse feel and can accommodate up to 50 people. Owner Siara Doggett’s goal is to provide an affordable alternative to large wedding venues.
OFFICE: Two new office buildings are under construction at 74th & Suncrest near Yankee Hill Road. Overland Wealth has pulled a building permit in the amount of $465,000.
MIXED USE: Hampton Development continues to plan for expansion at Glynoaks near S. 84th Street. Plans show a residential zoned area with 100 dwelling units and 78,977 SF of future commercial space.
