RESTAURANT: The Talon Room, located at 230 N. 12th Street (one block north of Marcus Theatres), has launched a Tuesday lunch buffet that is open to the public. Pricing is $10 for a hot lunch, $10 for the salad bar, or $18 for both. According to Strictly Business Magazine, management hopes to expand the offering to Monday through Wednesday if it gains popularity.

OFFICE: Eschliman Commercial Real Estate reports that Hindsight, a pop-up vintage shop located at 13th and High Streets near the Indian Village Shopping Center, has closed. The property has been sold to Nest Real Estate, a residential real estate firm.

AUTOMOTIVE: Despite the threats of 25% tariff taxes on Korean imports, which will include cars, parts, passenger vehicles, and light trucks, KIA of Lincoln is moving forward with a new dealership under construction near 30th and Yankee Hill Road.

RETAIL: Urban Trails Garden Center at 4th and F Streets has closed after nearly 20 years in business. Eschliman Commercial Real Estate announced the property has been sold to a local corporation that is exploring community development opportunities for the site. Specific plans have not yet been disclosed.

EDUCATION: Lincoln Public Schools has announced the sale of a site at 18th and Fletcher Streets. Simultaneously, the district is purchasing land at NW 56th and West Holdrege. The latter is part of a long-range development project estimated to span 20 years.
