RESIDENTIAL: Renovation plans have been filed for the former YMCA building at 139 N. 11th Street, located at 1039 P Street, converting the property into a mixed-use building. The project shows a $1.9 million building permit.
MEDICAL: Pathology Medical Services has pulled a $668,000 tenant improvement permit for existing laboratory space at 5440 South Street.
ENTERTAINMENT: Paddle House, a pickleball facility, is planning tenant improvements totaling $200,000 at 2600 Kimco Drive, for approximately 22,658 square feet.
NONPROFIT: The Foundry, a 24/7 co-working and support space for nonprofit organizations, is expanding with five additional offices, according to Strictly Business Magazine, at its location at 211 N. 14th Street, north of Raising Cane’s. The facility offers shared office space, meeting rooms, a kitchen, and nonprofit support programs
RETAIL: Edge Men’s & Women’s Apparel at 8601 S. 30th Street closed permanently last week.
