AUTOMOTIVE: Clemons Mitsubushi at 6320 Telluride does not appear on the Mitsubishi national website, and its phone message states that this location is no longer operating. Edwards Mitsubishi in Council Bluffs is the nearest location.
RESIDENTIAL: The City is proposing this March to allow more accessory dwelling units in residential areas in order to increase the housing supply. While this includes second structures, more practically it will mean basement apartments. It would apply in cases where there are at least three parking areas in driveways and inside garages. The City is proposing a max size of approximately 800 feet, but the State legislature may override and double that, according to an update presented to the Realtors Association of Lincoln Commercial Brokers Committee.

LIQUOR: D’zzz Ride’z, LLC dba D’zzz Ride’z has applied for a Class C Liquor License located at 310 South 10th Street, Suite 1C & 2, in the Double Barrel Smoke building.
WAREHOUSE: A $1.3 million building permit is underway for an 80-by-100-foot steel warehouse building at 8000 SW 12th Street at the LES Rokeby Generation Station.
