RETAIL: (pictured) Sky Zone Trampoline is coming to S 48th & Van Dorn former Hobby Lobby/former grocery store space, according to Omaha commercial real estate agents and developers Boh Kuhrylo and Mandi Backhaus Barr. It is a national franchise, with a location in Omaha.
APARTMENTS: north of Crave Restaurant, a $12M building permit has been requested for 115 unit apartment building. The TIF project will be located on land that was occupied by Williams Garden Center, which is now demolished.
AUTOMOTIVE: At 2821 Northstar Crossing, a $3.3M permit has been pulled for Auto Zone, a 32,320 square foot retail building.
MINI-STORAGE: 8520 Eiger Drive, a $10M permit has been pulled for 4-story self-storage, Premier Storage.
RESTAURANT: Closing at the end of this month is local restaurant Taste of Louisiana at 5955 N. 27th.
