The corridor of O Street from 37th to just south of 70th & O contains some of the heaviest concentration of office startups and entrepreneurs in Lincoln and includes the Southeast Community College Focus Suites
RESTAURANT: Closed, Ika San Ramen Restaurant at SouthPointe Mall.
OFFICE: Preble Law Firm has purchased the former Village Development penthouse office space at 1045 Lincoln Mall.
WAREHOUSE: Midwest Sound and Lighting is merging with its Omaha facility and closing its Lincoln location in Antelope Valley at 23rd & O Street, and the building is being marketed for sale by Eschliman Commercial Real Estate.
ENTERTAINMENT: Craft Axe Throwing announced it has sold its business at 1821 N Street to Arbor Axe House. A Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting will be held October 21.
