HOSPITALITY: According to Strictly Business Magazine, the former Days Inn/Travelodge at 1140 Calvert near McDonalds has been renovated and renamed Lincoln Hotel (Picture courtesy of hotel website).
WAREHOUSE: East of Capitol Beach, State Distributing completed an interior remodel at a cost over of over $500,000 of its offices at its location at 400 W. Industrial Lake Dr.
EDUCATION: Schwisow Construction reports a construction project underway at Lincoln Lutheran Middle/High School at 1100 N. 56th, a 10,000 square foot medical health and wellness center.
NONPROFIT: Lincoln Community Foundation is remodeling the fifth floor of its office building at 215 Centennial Mall South.
INDUSTRIAL: Deeter Foundry at 5945 N. 70th, now named Neenah Foundry, is receiving an exterior re-finish of its sand tower. It has relocated some of its operations and converted the facility to a distribution only facility.
