RESTAURANT: Ali Baba Gyro announced that it is now open at 3301 S. 13th Street (Arapahoe Street), its second Lincoln location. The original location is at the northeast corner of 14th and O Streets.

CHILDCARE: Sandhills Global is advertising for a childcare center director for an office building that Shawn Peed has purchased in March at 4800 NW 1st Street formerly occupied by Cabela’s World’s Foremost Bank. Bid packages and permits in the multiple millions of dollars, including office remodeling, have been noted in local permits.
OFFICE: Advanced Services, a staffing services company, has pulled a $184,000 tenant remodel permit at 2001 N Street in the Telegraph District.
NONPROFIT: Clinic with a Heart is now open at 1020 S. 13th Street (13th and E Streets) in the Center Terrace affordable housing project built by Hoppe Development and formerly owned by CenterPointe.
WAREHOUSE: Colours Paint, currently located in a retail building in Antelope Valley, is moving to 5541 Douglas Court near N. 56th & Superior. The company plans to be in the new location by the end of October, and possibly sooner.
